Brought a brand new car in with almost no scratches to get a hand wash thinking it would be more safe than an automated wash and left with swirl marks all over the entire car and trim. Paint was in better shape when it was dirty from the snow. Every angle I look at it in is covered in swirl marks and I can’t ignore it. Had this car for a little over a month and this was its first wash and a big regret.
