A major improvement to the service department I have been a customer of this business for over 5 years and had also experienced poor to fair service when I needed repairs. However they now have new service manager who knows how to get things done. He has revamped the entire department providing a two hour window for service appointments, very professional technician's and a very nice lady who answers the phone every time I call. THE WORST COMPANY EVER! Ignoring the fact they schedule appointments over and over and never show up (oh yeah, the have caller id and won't answer if you are being skipped), don't call back for days, and will leave you pool half-fixed, they will also flood your house and run away when it is going on. I am honestly amazed that they have any customers, but if you like your house dry, I would recommend another company,
Small store but they do have good prices This is a fairly small pool store, but they do sell a decent variety of pool supplies and they also sell pools here. Every time I have been in the staff has been very friendly and seem to be pretty knowledgeable about pools and the supplies that they carry in their store. The prices are pretty good as well; I would dare say that they may be cheaper than some of the other pool stores in the same vicinity.
Good selection This store has a nice selection of different things for the pool. It is small and hard to get to but I found a better price there than anywhere else I searched the internet. Last time I went there the sales girl was not very knowledgable and the person in charge was on lunch but she did offer to get him for me.
