Read all information before signing anything. Ask many questions as possible and request alternatives to medications. Don't pay outrageous fees for ailments that can be treated with homeopathic remedies. And request any vet besides Gabriela Vega. My 16-year-old dog, who is currently taking four meds for congestive heart failure, was given pain IV that had him sedated for 12 hours despite not being in any obvious pain. WORST Experience as a new client. The tech Tara Valdez was unprofessional and rude today when I had a complaint about the night Tech Chris. The staff accused me of being “ verbal abusive” per Tara Valdez. Then Tara told me that my dog wasn’t welcome back for her 14 day post op follow up appointments to have her stitches removed after having surgery to repair left femur fracture per the Medical Director and practice manager. After being a loyal patient here for almost five years including being a member of their wellness plan I can no longer recommend this hospital and view them as negligent and having committed gross misconduct with regards misdiagnosing my beloved cat who is now suffering from a very serious and life threatening disease for the last several months. My pet was seen diligently by this hospital almost twice a month since the start of her problems this summer. During her rapid decline the past two weeks, she was continually seen ... read more
