We realized after two days of living in our new home that we had a problem with the AC. Sunset Air came out the same day, fixed the problem plus discovered the whole unit had been wired incorrectly when it was installed (by another company) a few years ago! We will be calling Sunset Air for all our future maintenance and repairs.

Our AC stopped working Saturday night & we called Sunday. The woman on the phone was very helpful. Technician Allen was out Monday afternoon right on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was very professional and willing to explain the problem to us. We will be using Sunset Air for years to come.

I used to own a HVAC company 30 years ago and it takes a lot to impress me but technician Brandon and the office staff impressed me beyond belief and have gone out of their way to take care of me even before hurricane Ian. After the hurricane I was able to get power restored on a Sunday morning at 9am. I called Sunset and within 4 hours they had Brandon out here to get both of my units restored.
