Horrible experience and receptionist extremely rude!
I tried to find a complaint form, which wasn’t available on the website. The experience was awful, which mostly involved Melissa. Her behavior was extremely off-putting/unprofessional for client services, which to give people the benefit of a doubt is probably being generous.
