The salon itself is nice....
Today marks the third time we've tried to cancel our contract. The first two times we requested, we were told it was done but they continued to bill us. We were never told we would need to sign anything to cancel or put anything in writing to cancel. Now I called to complain again and they tell me we have to sign something and mail it to an address but Jenny the manager cannot tell me what address, nor will she email me a cancellation. Worst place to get a year account from them. Won't give you refund, are very bitchy and snobby. Horrible business. Have been at other tanning places way better than this one.
Four of the 16 160 watt bulbs on the hood (25%) were non-functional. Call before going there too. Was told the place would be open until 1500 hours one day but it was closed when I arrived early.
they don't change the bulbs, you are paying for nothing
