Owner is an absolute nut job, abusive and extremely aggressive.. this business should not be in operation and the owner should be in the psych ward.
Pool installed 12 mo ago. Great time management and design during the build process and everything ran well for the most part. HOWEVER... 1) coping tiles were laid approx 50mm overhang over the concrete base and now have resulted in some snapping. 2) After sales care has been APPALLING. 12 months of calling and emailing with NO reply! 3) they installed the heater and sand filter system in the WRONG position and refused to move it.
