Since my last review, Management has changed and we have 1 working washer in the laundry room and this has been for the last several months !!! There are no amenities at all and they can't seem to fix important things but they have time to do apartment inspections every 3 months. And they love sending text messages telling us what we can and can't do...like obsessively and it gets annoying !!!!!!
Since my last review a year ago I have changed my opinion of this place. First of all I was an apartment maintenance supervisor for 17 years in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The companies I worked for were BIG on customer service. The 3 apartments I have lived at since I've been in Abilene have been hit and miss when it comes to fixing things. I’m very disappointed in Sunscape apartments I have had water damage they said it was fixed but habe raised our rent 155 a month in the last year to 785 a month very upset over this complex
