Bait and switch/ False advertising/ Rude staff. I signed up for their most expensive membership That stated I could bring any guest at any time And they could have any service of their choice. Beautiful tan and friendly staff! From the manager to the front desk girls. All know their products and the tanning lifestyle! Have been tanning since 2020 at PBT! Any negative reviews you read are from old bitter “karens” who are unhappy with their own lives and are intimidated by attractive fun bubbly young women who live and breath the Palm Beach Lifestyle. Beds are awesome!!
I called the tanning salon because I’ve never been before and had a lot of questions. Megan was so kind and helpful, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable. She was incredibly patient and made the whole experience so easy and welcoming. Honestly, she’s the best employee I’ve ever interacted with! I’ll definitely be coming in because of her.
