I’ve been coming to Palm Beach Tan for 2 yrs and I just love it! Jackie who works at ALL the locations; has been so knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs. I come for the physical aspects as well as for the Peace of Mind. Staff at all locations are Fantastic! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing! The Sauna has been added and I’m very pleased on my results! Therapy and relaxation - perfect! Just what the Dr ordered! I highly recommend this type of therapy for ALL!

Very poor experience. The staff do not give you all the details of what you’re signing up for. Requested to speak to management for help but no response. Would not recommend. Go somewhere else.
I have tanned in salons for years and have always been pleased with Palm Beach, however this time it is different. Your staff is great but the tanning beds are not tanning, my face is all that tans, which means the bulbs are not being changed, which I am not happy about paying $130 for the diamond beds when the bulbs are not being replaced. Your entire business is tanning!!!!!! Kathy Seiler
