I always have such a great experience at Palm Beach Tan! The staff is consistently amazing—always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely kind every time I walk in. I had a great experience thanks to the employees. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer questions and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Their positive attitude really made a difference, and I’d definitely come back because of the great service.
Bait and switch/ False advertising/ Rude staff. I signed up for their most expensive membership That stated I could bring any guest at any time And they could have any service of their choice. There were no restrictions on Who the guest was or how many times they could come. I asked many questions when I signed up about this program. At the time of sign up I paid a large sum. Beautiful tan and friendly staff! From the manager to the front desk girls. All know their products and the tanning lifestyle! Have been tanning since 2020 at PBT! Any negative reviews you read are from old bitter “karens” who are unhappy with their own lives and are intimidated by attractive fun bubbly young women who live and breath the Palm Beach Lifestyle.
