Sunsational was sensational! Great workmanship with an eye for detail. Very professional. We love our new sunroom!
We had a great experience with Sunsational Home Improvement. They installed a covered patio for our home in Eagle Mountain within ONE DAY. We were impressed by the work and their efforts to follow up with us to ensure we were satisfied--they even sent someone out to address a very small concern that we had. We would definitely recommend working with them for covered patio installation!
Great awning, and the worst delay excuses. They should be reaching out frequently to people who have deposited several thousand dollars on a project. The owner lady should not be allowed to speak with humans. Seriously good workmanship, just bad customer service. The sons who installed the awning were great for coming back to caulk leaky edges and fix a cable that came loose. You must call their cell directly for anything to get done with issues after install. Again, never call the lady owner.
I am pleased with the awning itself but the communication was horrible. I got a quote last year and was told it would be 3 months before install. 3 months passed, no one contacted me, so I reached out and was told because of supply chain it would be another month. Understandably this was out of their control, but this happened for another 3 months and each time I had to reach out to find out what was going on. This company is amazing they are stepping in and taking care of an issue I had with Awnings Unlimited. They didn’t need to help me out as I had my awning installed by another company but they wanted to make sure they made everything right. I am very thankful for them helping me out. Please don’t go to the other company.
