Rick came and cleaned our new construction tile floors with Hydrochloric acid at a 1/4 ratio and majorly damaged the grout. We paid $1,670.00. Our metal cabinet pulls are ruined and chrome towel bars are ruined. There is over $10,000 dollars damage and Rick has not owned up to his mistake. Rick came out to inspect and offered to attempt to polish the metal. He denied damaging the grout but gave me his insurance information. We had a great experience with Rick, from setting up the appointment, showing up on time and delivering a great service you will be glad and amazed at the results. Rick took the time to explain the process in detail and he also provided helpful hints on how to maintain our floor in pristine condition. I'd definitely recommend and will use this company again.
Amazing. I still cannot get over what an amazing job Rick did cleaning the carpets in my mother's home. She had lived on those carpets for 10 years without ever having them cleaned. Rick was meticulous, kind and careful. He stretch, trimmed, cleaned and when he was done, they looked nearly new!!! Thank you Rick !
