I wanted to change the color so I tried to exchange and I was told no now I have three packs of hair that I don’t want because of the color I will never shop here again
I bought four wigs. Happy with all four. The owner helped me choose wigs that actually made my appearance look better. She is very kind and very helpful. I give her 5 stars out of 5
