I had to get a big dress hemmed and have another dress’s strapped fixed because the stretchy material started fraying. The tailor was able to utilize the extra strap material and sewed it back up and it’s unnoticeable. Pricing matches current market rate including inflation. I don’t like to rush for tailoring so give yourself two weeks even though they don’t have a set standard timeframe. The owner is a very skilled and pleasant lady. She has a high volume of customers that appreciates her work and prices. The customer is not always right. This is the best alterations business in the Madison area. She treats alterations like the garments belong to her.

Easily one of the most professional and skilled tailors I've ever seen. These folks who are upset about her being rude just don't get it. She's the sweetest lady ever, but she doesn't put up with attitude, which I respect. She tailors all of my uniforms and always does an outstanding job with no fuss and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend. I went into the store to price an item. Waited several minutes. The tailor finally came out and was very rude without cause. She said "Its prom season honey - we are very busy - come back another time." Good for them that they were busy. But excellent business owners never turn away a potential customer. I will not be back.
