Terrible customer service. I emailed "Johnny" on the 9th of June and requested service. Johnny replied very shortly with "hi just lawn mowing?" to which I sent an immediate reply. Two days later I sent him a follow up email because I hadn't heard anything. He sent me a follow up email on the 11th of June stating a very reasonable estimate and I told him that would work.
