⭐ Even one star feels too generous for this service. I went in to get my pants altered, and despite being a loyal, returning customer, I had one of the most shocking and unpleasant experiences. All I asked for was a better fit a perfectly reasonable request but I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness, as if my request was an inconvenience. Lovely owners. Been coming for years. All of a sudden, two dresses to be Ironed ONLY $28. Two small black slackes shortened one inch Only $38 Guess I'll be buying a new iron!!!! Wow. Such a jump in pricing!!
