Hacienda Heights的時尚髮型屋(SUN'S BEAUTY SALON)说接受Zelle支付，我转了，收到邮件转账成功通知。对方反复说没有收到我的Zelle转账，并坚持是我的问题或者BofA的问题。我给对方看了我BofA转账成功的邮件，也给他们看了recent transactions，并告诉他们当天我用Zelle转账给另一个商家，那个商家也都收到了，没有问题。 剪完头发后，我花了2-3分钟解释，对方同意我离开。一个小时后，对方在停车场喊停我，说还没有收到钱，提出我用信用卡再交一次钱。反反复复5分钟后，另一位顾客检查了我转账成功的邮件，让我们交换电话，帮我说话，我才离开。之后对方短信联系我，说仍然没有收到钱，并坚持是BofA的问题，于是我打电话给BofA客户，在电话上等了21分钟。最后对方检查了他们每一笔银行交易，告诉我钱其实收到了，勉强道歉了。 我以后再也不会去時尚髮型屋，也强烈建议看到此条评论的你也不要去。 商家既然愿意接受Zelle转账支付，就应该明白并承担责任和风险。我不知道对方是不是真的没有收到转账成功通知，即使真的没有，商家理应承担（至少分担）责任去查明真相，而不是把所有责任都推给客人。 今天是转账没有查账就坚持没有收到... read more
