This company is unreal. I bought a system for over 30k. It’s less than 6 months old and it suddenly is only producing about half what it was. The customer service is completely worthless. They told me since it’s still technically producing something they won’t send someone out. What’s the point of a warranty if you can’t get somebody to even come look at whats wrong with the system. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB and looking into legal action as well. Don’t do business with this company.

The rep approached me in my driveway as I was arriving home. He initially suggested that he was with Colorado Springs Utilities. He asked to see my meter and my bill. He refused to supply contact information, brochures, flyers or a business card. When I said that seemed like a scammy way to do business, he tried to explain that they were in Costco, so couldn't be scammy and persisted in trying to get my contact information. When I said I would not be doing business with him, he said "Have fun with your higher bills."

I have been working with Robert and Brent for a few months. At first, when Robert knocked on my door, I was highly skeptical at first, but after having very light conversation with him, I realized that he’s a very nice, professional individual who actually cares about people. I went solar because I have 3 EVs and the charging stations in the springs never work, or there is a large line. In the end of the day, I may a few dollars more than using the charging station, but I save a lot of time, and because I have a fixed bill, I know I will save money over time.
