Absolutely predatory. Telling me we owe 50k after the person who agreed to the solar panels being installed has passed away. We received no notices or anything saying we owed any sort of money. Very scammy and they prey on the elderly with fixed incomes as well. DO NOT GET A SOALR SYSTEM INSTALLED BY THEM!!
We’ve had sun run for three years now and at first everything was fine but then something went wrong with our service and we stopped making power. We haven’t made any solar power since May 20 24 and we’re almost into 2025 now they’ve used up all our credits. They continue to charge us a monthly charge, and in addition to that I still have to pay an electric bill that I wasn’t supposed to have to pay because I had solar panels. New customers beware, after signing up with sunrun .you will not be able to get ahold of anyone and they lie to you about their service. Im so glad you guys take advantage of the older generation .Definitely find another solar company. You will wish you did in the long run .

We wanted to start out by saying what great investment and savings our Sunrun panels have provided us. The installation team was fast , friendly and very respectful of our property and home. Unfortunately our field rep dropped the ball on a few things that were concerning to us. After voicing concerns to Richard Lacome about this, he went above and beyond and provided us with the best customer service experiences we have ever encountered.
