We just purchased a home that has sun run solar panels on it. After less than a few months, the panels were constantly tripping the circuit breaker. Unfortunately, when I spoke to Sun run over the phone, they said that the service fee for coming out and checking out the solar panels could be $600 if the repairs weren’t covered under warranty. We have the same problem as Michael Z. In his review, System was working for 7 years until April ‘25. Need a new inverter which apparently Sunrun can’t provide. They say they have an inverter in stock, schedule an appointment, then don’t show up. We’ve gotten the runaround for 6 months! Collection calls keep coming. Why the collection company thinks we should pay on a lease when we have no service doesn’t make sense. There’s something fishy going on with that company. Very unprofessional customer service.
