After all the planning we did, the referrals I sent, the trees coming down in front of my house... my rep stopped responding to me. His bosses weren't even able to get him to respond to me, they didn't have his most current phone number and I just received an email that my project has been canceled. Choose any other company, these people clearly don't know what they're doing if they can't even get their sales reps to follow through with responding to their customers. What an absolute joke.
