I REGRET HAVING SOLAR BY SUNRUN.i have a pannel smoking and thier customer service tells me they cannot do anything .my power is off .they solar wire going into the pannel and breaker is causing this. At the time of instalation they tell you they will cover anything happen to it but when your panel is almost on fire they will tell you they are sorry but cannot do anything
They do not stand behind their work. Had a system installed they installed inverter in incorrect spot. I try ed calling to get them to take care of this and all i got was the sun- run around game. I'll need to take them to small claims court to get anywhere. How unfourtunite . My suggestion is don't use them!
Great company
Our panels have been out of commission for over 4 months. They are waiting for an inverter. They said I would get credit for the amount of energy they would have produced. I sure hope so. I live on my social securty check and it is not going very far. They take the payment out of my checking account every month. They do not miss that. Very sorry we ever made this purchase.
The worst customer service. They will not take care of issues and will not call back. Avoid at all costs.
