The worse! My bills are higher than when I had no solar. I live alone with a dog and now my HECO bill ranges from $200-$300 and I pay Sunrun monthly $100 to lease the system. The battery performance from the beginning was sporadic, inconsistant and not reaching a full charge (6%-100%). I have complained, and asked for someone to come out to fix or replace the battery, but no help. They claim that is how it works and nothing is wrong?! I regret buying Sunrun’s system. Happy with my system. I'm saving a lot but I wish I had more panels. Also I'm not sure how to use my batteries. I'm glad Neil helped me here at Lowe's.
