Just wanted to make a post, but I worked with Anna Escobosa, the district manager with sunrun and had a great experience. From communication, transparency, and savings. She was super knowledgeable and a big help to my family. Would highly recommend.
Sunrun installed my solar panels very quickly and without incident.
Nik Eastman made the Sunrun installation process easy to follow and virtually seamless. He helped with the initial rooftop layout and connected me with all the support staff to be as efficient as possible. There was never any hard-sell pressure to purchase, just simple mater of fact cost-benefit reasons to consider a Sunrun system.
Very DISAPPOINTED! Disclaimer: Get a snack, popcorn or something because this will be a long rant! Moved to Palisades in April 2025 and was interested in getting solar panels for our new home. I did some research and reviews which conflicted me into deciding to get solar from Sunrun. There was a sales person rep from my community who "was" nice at the time explaining how the contract work and what will we be paying monthly. Great on sales, servicing the system when is breaks is very poor. Two systems are down now and they say it will be 6 weeks for someone to take a look. Shop local.
