For starters Johnathan Herman the sales breddah did a great job setting things up for us. He explained everything and made sure our system would help us get off a unstable grid. The install team was fast and guys really made it look easy. Really good group of local guys got it done. Also really appreciate Marika for sticking it out with us while we built our home. I couldn’t regret signing up with Sunrun more, and now seem to be stuck in a contract that has me paying 50% more for power than we paid on our most expensive month with MECO only. We were told that all of the 110v power at our house would be connected to the battery and that we would generate enough power that the credit we received from MECO would offset the 220v use. Instead they only connected our lights and outlets in the kitchen everything else still pulls from the grid and the way the system puts power back on the gri... read more
