We ended up ripping our sunrun system off and having another locally owned and operated company come do the job the right way. Our sunrun system stopped working and we had to continue paying for it PLUS our HELCO bill for almost 2 years. They are the absolute worst. You get what you pay for. Spend the couple extra dollars for a company who won’t leave you hanging

SunRun is saving me money and I now have energy security with my Tesla powerwall. The lights went out all around me, but mine were still ON!
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Redesigning and reinstalling our system is coming up on 2 years. My case was just delayed another 6 weeks because the person I spoke with in December didn't log my installation confirmation for today. I see van after van driving through my neighborhood, so why is it that I can't get my system up and running?!? I expected the permitting system to be long, but this process, and not so much the redesign part, but the service, the processing and following up on my case proved to be much worse an experience than... read more
