Initially when my wife met JoJo Bryant, I was not at home, I was skeptical that she had met someone who came to the door and was offering to save us money on our electric bills! When I met JoJo I too was convinced with her sincerity and intelligence. She explained everything about Sunrun and what they would do for us and we were on our way. We had Sunrun install additional solar panels and 2 batteries. The sales person, Jisup Park, was excellent throughout the process. He always returned calls promptly and spent a great deal of time with us. The installation crew were very efficient and no problems arose. We are waiting for additional SCE bills to see if savings are as explained. Our first bill after installation wasn't as expected, but Jisup looked into our system and made some recommendations which we implemented.
The Sunrun team did a great job walking us through the process for installation and approval, but in particular my contact Craig Peterson who got us onboard and moving forward was incredible. He was always available and responsive, willing to stop by and review whenever needed... after two failed attempts exploring solar I was glad to have Craig knock on my door and get us over the finish line. Thank you Sunrun!
