Ive been with Sunrun for several years. Their customer service is better that most companies Ive dealt with. In my case, the system worked and then stopped working. I called Tesla and my local energy company. No one helped. My SunRun guy showed up and fixed the problem with me at my kitchen table. These systems are complicated and usually rely on the consumer to call and troubleshoot problems-- shot out to Robby Morris and all the Sunrun folks on the ground! I just would like to say I have had an awesome experience with sunrun. Thanks to sunrun hopefully our bill will be lower and we will be protected against black outs. Thank you Richard and Sabina for making the process so easy.
Moved into the neighborhood in November and had 2 neighbors refer us to Caleb. We loved working with him, and sunrun got it done without many issues. The system has been on a couple months now and its working just like he said, so we are glad it got turned on before summer time Got the smart thermostat with vivint too with the install which we really like, I'd recommend it to everyone if you don't have one already

I had originally bought my house knowing that I would never have installed solar. My house faces the wrong direction and the hill in the back yard rises 75 feet. Having a hatred for power outages and Edison, I along with a friend set up a small scale solar inverter and a couple of panels in my backyard.
