Avoid this crap company! They do not provide service on your equipment as stated. They let us run 6 months either a bad inverter that they knew about then tried to slam us with a $2900 tru up bill. Then the fix it, my power goes out, my battery does not come on, then when calling They say, oh we know your service hasn't been working since March...today is May 2 and you have know our system isn't working and not sending someone to fix it? I don’t want anyone else to experience what I did behind closed doors with Sunrun as an employee. Please BEWARE. I was baited with promises of a $109,000 per year base salary and the potential to earn up to $300,000 if I hit certain closing rates. I achieved the required closing rates, but then was told I must "earn" what had already been promised—through means that were never formally detailed.
