Whatever you do do not I repeat do not use sunrun for your solar I got my system in 2014 it has broken down several times it used to be almost impossible to get sunrun to come out and fix it when it breaks down now I can tell you this time it's already been broken down for 15 days and I still have Been unable to get someone that can even make an appointment to get some one out of here these people are absolutely awful warning once again do not use sunrun.

I would warn anyone looking to add solar to not use this company. They were super helpful and friendly right up until the point at which our system was installed… and the panels were facing the wrong direction. After nearly two years of emailing and calling I have finally given up. I’ve been told there’s nothing they can do, the engineers designed my system like that. There’s no better solar company than Sunrun, and their team proves it. Pablo, a sales representative, made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. He helped multiple family members transition to solar, providing all the information we needed and offering his honest advice every step of the way. His expertise and commitment to making sure we were well informed throughout the process made everything easy and stress free. We really appreciate his help and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
