Avoid this crap company! They do not provide service on your equipment as stated. They let us run 6 months either a bad inverter that they knew about then tried to slam us with a $2900 tru up bill. Then the fix it, my power goes out, my battery does not come on, then when calling They say, oh we know your service hasn't been working since March...today is May 2 and you have know our system isn't working and not sending someone to fix it? I don’t want anyone else to experience what I did behind closed doors with Sunrun as an employee. Please BEWARE. I was baited with promises of a $109,000 per year base salary and the potential to earn up to $300,000 if I hit certain closing rates. I achieved the required closing rates, but then was told I must "earn" what had already been promised—through means that were never formally detailed. We had the best experience working with Brandon Castillo from SLO. He made the process of getting solar super easy and when I was confused or had questions, he was very quick and efficient in getting back to me, as well as patient when teaching me how to use the app and understand how to use our solar. Whatever you do do not I repeat do not use sunrun for your solar I got my system in 2014 it has broken down several times it used to be almost impossible to get sunrun to come out and fix it when it breaks down now I can tell you this time it's already been broken down for 15 days and I still have Been unable to get someone that can even make an appointment to get some one out of here these people are absolutely awful warning once again do not use sunrun.
