SunRun's responsiveness post installation is abysmal. We discovered in July that our roof was leaking due to a water dam caused by a squirrel nest beneath one of our panels. The roofer couldn't fix the issue without Sun Run removing FOUR (and only FOUR) panels. Sun Run, after multiple rounds of calls and emails, FINALLY agreed to come do that on 10/31 but wouldn't give us a narrow time window so my husband took off all day to sit at home...
