Absolute scam who doesn't want to help you or honor their warranty. Sent a technician then said tech claimed it was animal damage that caused my roof leak not the panels and now they won't do anything about it even when I had a roofer provide a letter stating otherwise. Terrible company, never again Update: I had to reach the resolutions department which took long to resolve my issues that I couldn't get a home policy in time so I docked two stars but they were able to fix the issues.

Worst solar company out they we were told someone would be out there was something wrong canceled set up another time canceled and told us everything is fine they are the biggest rip offs out there. And I can go on and on with all the problems I have but they do nothing so I called the board of utilities will see what happens

Lying Sales-rep and Management is a bunch of frauds!!!!! I was told when we put these panels up 3-4 years that we would have a one time only charge of $300.00 to take the panels down if we wanted or needed a new roof in the future. I remember at the time thinking to myself this was too good to be true. I asked my neighbor about it who highly recommended them and he said oh yes this is true I was told the same thing.
