The sales guy was great. but everything else has been horrible. Hard to reach. Terrible customer service. Bills are the same they were before I got solar. They also installed the interface in my neighbors yard.

Terminated my account with sunrun june 1. They continued to charge me to this day. This is stealing. This is fraud. This is wrong. Everyone knows this is wrong. Sunrun, respond to any of my emails or any of my phones calls. Do not respond to this comment telling me to reach out. You reach to me this time. If you respond to this comment telling me to reach out I will delete this review and start another one. You contact me. I will NOT be contacting sunrun anymore.

Five times we have had an appt that they skipped. They are very unreliable. Do not recommend

I had a great experience with Justin W There are a bunch of hoops to jump through with the transition over to solar but he took care of everything. As long as you are patient with the city (and your electrical box is somewhat up to date), everything will be set up for you. They worked around my weird schedule and now the solar is up and running!

Installation went well. Sales staff was good. After installation there was 0 communication and my patio cover which was damaged during install( worker fell through) is still damaged and I have heard nothin about repairs even after contacting them twice a week. I would recommend a different company.
