Would never go back to them for solar. They told me my roof would last7 to 10 years and it only has like one year left so now I have to pay them $4,000 to take the solar panels off so I can get my roof redone. But of course I'm not going to pay them $4,000 I'm just going to boltand lift them up
We are having a truly terrible experience with Sunrun. Here is all you need to know: after buying a $36,000 system that is rated to 10k our bill this month was....wait for it, $3,242 dollars. What they don't tell you is that when your systems under performs for any reason that they do not tell you or fix it. In our case our system under performed due to a broken inverter for 12 months.
