6 months ago I bought a house with 2 Sunrun systems installed - neither is working! I’ve had service technicians out several times, still no resolution. Every time I call the support line it is like I’m calling for the first time….very frustrating.
I have had nothing but trouble with this company. I had signed an agreement where my Electric bill would be 0 and I would Sunrun 125.00. The Panels have been on my house for over two months and have not received any of the savings. The first issue has been that the installers screwed up the paperwork with Edison. This prevented Edison from connecting my house to the grid. Now that has been fixed, I looked online to see my power savings but nothing showed up.
