So far I have been on solar for two months and it’s been fine and the install was smooth. I see many bad reviews but hopefully I never have any issues with service, I guess time will tell.
Last update: After the issues that we had, I can say that the company did follow through and did a great job on installation, our system works great and we are now running a credit with APS. That's the best part for sure. We did purchase a large system though. I do not recommend doing a lease option on any solar company. If you can't purchase outright, at least do the financing and in my opinion, oversize the system. Then your only payment is the system at a very low interest rate. On my drive home today I was cut off by one of their drivers during rush hour traffic. No blinker or anything. Almost rear ended their prius. Driver 02058. Really should be careful how you drive in a company car.
Buyer Beware of Sun Run Solar! Do not go here. Great job of selling but a terrible job of providing service. I haven’t seen them for over five years and I have an inverter failure. Lousy company experience. They continue with their boiler plate response of emailing or calling customer service which is unresponsive
