Sunrun is the only solar company to go with they tell the truth and wanna save you money I've had solar since 2013 an haven't went back biggest bill is 17$ great team also

I have been a customer since 2014. I have paid all the bills on time. To be honest, it feels good helping to protect the environment and save money on electric bill. When we signed the contact, the salesman told us if we needed to replace or repair the roof, the panels can be taken down and re installed free of charge. Now, my roof deteriorated enough, that i need to replace it, and Sunrun wants to charge us $5750 for their service It is a highway robbery. I have 15 years left in the contract. Damien who used to call 2 times a day till you'll got the business, now when I call him he does not respond to my calls. I asked your corporate office for an analysis of my account after a year service. It is nearly 4 months and still they have not given the same. The savings they promised are far from real. I would not recommend this company.

Don't use this company. Any other solar company is surely better than these crooks who charge additional fees despite advanced payments being made. Rip off artists.

Don't appreciate your salesman interrupting my dinner. It's the only time me and my husband get to enjoy together. And your angry, little salesman interrupted. He also has a bad attitude. He was getting visibly angry when my husband was saying we're not interested. Stay off my property.
