Sunrun is the worst company ever. Customer service is the worst and the minimum 1 1/2 hold times is crazy. Today I did a call back and it took over 3 hours. My solar panels are NOT working like they said they would. Then they tell me I need to buy more panels. Took me 3 months to get someone to go over my APS bill and why it was so high. I never received an email nor a call and had to call once a week for 3 months straight to not get any answers. A panel has been down and out for over 3 months and Sunrun has not fixed it, nor even returned a phone call or email, despite now being up to 6 emails and phone calls. I do receive the automated responses saying they have received my message and will respond soon. Ha! My next communication to Sunrun will be from my attorney. Sunrun away from this terrible company.

BEWARE!!!! Stay away. The seller will misrepresent the transaction. You will have to pay BOTH Sunrun and APS so this will DOUBLE your energy bill.
Sunrun is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I started the solar install Oct 2019 and it's now Feb 2020 and I'm still not producing any solar power. After many delays because of the incompetence of their employee's it was finally installed at the beginning of January. After the install, we found out there would be more delays because Sunrun didn't turn in all the paperwork to APS (the power company) and now we had to wait until the middle of February for APS to come out.
