Pushy/annoying sales tactics and poor customer service. I was approached at an outdoor event and given the sales pitch, being already interested in solar I listened to it. Overall no issue with this however they will push you into making an appointment on the spot. I ended up canceling my appointment due to bad timing and told the associate I would contact them to reschedule.
