46k spent on a system 9 years ago, and already a major failure and guess what. The warranty doesn’t cover labor and it’s a $650 service call. Solar in general is a scam but especially when labor isn’t covered.
Working with SunRun and specifically Shanna White was a great experience. Shanna was both responsive and knowledgeable as she assisted with our solar experience.
Just had solar panels installed and a power wall. Worked with Shanna White. She’s the best! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and gets back to you with answers to your questions almost immediately. Very pleased

Very knowledgeable and detailed in what I was getting. The system is performing beautifully and saving me money. Update: I've had the panels for 5 years and I'm so happy that I have them.
