A Sunrun salesman pounded on our door at 8 PM, ignoring our “No Solicitation” sign. Completely unacceptable to disturb families like this.
The crew came and went. First I have to commend the electrician. He was awesome ! Very professional and he did an excellent job ! The solar panel crew were so amazingly efficient and total professionals ! Now after going up on the roof to inspect the install, I totally expected a slight mess to clean up but no ... None needed ! Wow, the company should be proud to have such a great crew ! Thank you Sunrun! !
Their sales people stretch the truth to the endth degree. They told us that the Tesla powerwall 3 could power the whole house as a generator does for the whole night. False, the battery only holds 13.5 kws and lasts just three hours powering just our A.C. We had a full house generator backup that they removed because we believed them. Bad mistake. This is a horrible company. If you do decide to use them, get EVERYTHING they tell you, when they tell you, in writing, with a name, date &time stamp and preferably a phone number. Constant blunders (multiple not small and insignificant ones either) and all they do is try to placate you instead of fixing the issues. If I could leave negative stars I would. When they did the work two years ago they did not schedule the appropriate means to have our power turned back on and we lost everything in our deep freezer and fridge. Now two years later they never closed the permit and we have an expired permit so are unable to close on the selling on our house. The customer service representative is so unhelpful. If I could have not used them I would have. Stay away.
