I should have checked Yelp and Google reviews before contacting Sunrun/Vivint the first time. -service at all levels is abysmal. First attempt. Came knocking on my door. We showed interest. Arrange my schedule to meet with their consultant. On the day of the appointment, the consultant sent a text saying, "Running late. Can we push it to 6 pm?" 6 pm came. They have a crew working next door . They pull up at 7 a.m blasting rap music. Materials has spilled over on my yard. They are walking across my front door which sends alerts from ring door bell. The loud music in residential area is diabolical
Terrible repairs, dont use Sunrun. My system has been barely working since last August with no ETA on reparis. The Inverter they used has been discontinued and no one can search the internet for 2 minutes to locate a suitable replacement. OH and they expect me to keep making the full payments while their system is not working. So much for the 95% performance guarantee, such a joke. Sent an e-mail to their resolutions e-mail address. Ryan was a fantastic person to work with! When I inquired about putting more panels, Sunrun came out and did a fantastic job!! Now my NV is energy is down to $15-19 a month…especially from March to October—the sun is out more. Customer service is top notch…they made sure I was a happy customer 😄. I would highly recommend them! 👍
