Scam!!! I had to take over a lease for a property I bought in las vegas, absolute garbage. Paying close to $300/month and my electric bill stay the same than similar properties that I own. Stay away from these scams, you pay almost the same electricity bill and pay on top a garbage that damage your roof and host dozens of pigeons!!! On top of that since is a staupid lease, they just rice the price over and over
I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. I want to start with my acct mgr, Jackie L. Honestly, the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I am in the middle of an out if state move, and she handled literally everything from signing me up, scheduling the install, and HOA process. I barely had to do anything. Never again will I do business with this lousy company. All you get when you need something from them is a run around. Horrible folow up and everyone passes the buck.
Sunrun sucks - dont waste your time - every sept Oct bills are over 100 dollars with full solar - the first 2 years they never went above 15.00 - now they want to sell some battery you have to pay another 10 years - by the way my house is at 80 degrees the entire year -
They call every single morning. My number is on the Federal Trade Commissions Do not call registry, and I explained that to them. I let them know that if they kept calling, I would report their number. What did they do? They keep calling!!! This place must be a scam. I can't see how a legit company would continue to harass people daily after telling them multiple times (over the last several YEARS), that we do not want to use any of their solar panels!!
