I completed a review 2 years ago and they changed the business name to avoid the review being shown. I've added a picture to show what they changed the name to. Now I found a new Sunrun spot to post. I would be very cautious about entering into an agreement with Sunrun. I had my panels installed in August 2025. They inspected the roof before the put the panels on and said everything was fine. Five months later my roof developed a significant leak. Sunrun inspected the leak and said it was due to the prior status of the roof and denied coverage through their 'no leak' warranty. Do not use. I had nothing but positive things to say at first install. However a few years later that couldn’t be further from my thoughts. - Lied to regarding cost. Told as long as payments were made on time costs would not go up. Lies. The panels work well but they damaged my roof, causing water to leak into the house when it rains. Good luck getting them to repair the damage afterwards.
One of the worst company in existence. All phone calls goes to poorly trained call center and they can not resolve anything on the phone. Gaslight you base on their Data rather than fact. When the system is not performing, they will offer more panel as a solution for additional cost. Power Purchase Agreement is a full on scam. Essentially they opened a power plant on your roof and sell you the power it generated. Roof leak, pest issues, faulty system are all responsibility of the homeowner.
