Ambushed me at Lowe's. Made an appointment just to get away. Cancelled and expressed my displeasure of being ambushed. Asked to be removed from their contact list. This company has spent the last month harassing me from multiple different phone numbers so that I have to block them again. Their record is 5 calls in a single day.
I'm paying double ever since I went solar. They are manipulating thieves. Don't, Do Not ! Trust them!
Total disappointment, three months have not passed yet and my panels are not working. I called the company and they ask me to sign a contract where I agree to pay 640 dollars for the work plus the cost of the parts otherwise they won't come to repair the problem. The person who answered me told me that apparently a part is defective and has to be changed but if I don't sign the contract were I agree to pay they won't come and that if I want I can get someone else to come and fix my problem.
