Truly horrible. My panels, which I purchased, stopped working for four months. I had to call over two dozen times (that's not an exaggeration) to get someone to come out and fix the issue. Over and over again I was told, "Well call you back," only to have no one call. Three times they came out and said they couldn't fix the problem. Twice they simply didn't show up at all and did not notify me. So I sat at home and waited for...nothing. I would not recommend going with this company for solar. I can only speak particularly about the leasing. When having to deal with customer service it is horrible. They are nice on the phone, so it isn't horrible speaking with them. The issue is, they over promise, under deliver, and do not keep their word. If you are buying/signing something make sure you get everything they promise in writing...even the smallest of things. No one calls you back when they say they would. They keep you on hold and will not allow you to speak... read more

It has been now 14 months since I bought a house with a sunrun system on the roof. It has never worked and they refuse to respond to why its not working. Now 3 weeks ago someone shows up to my house unannounced to fix my system. They only offered me $300 after ignoring my family and costing us thousands of dollars waiting for them to complete a contract. I worked in the solar industry for 9 years now and SUNRUN is a disgrace to the solar industry. DO NOT GO WITH SUNRUN

Watch who you get, mid aged man in their vehicle threw an empty bottle of fireball whiskey out their window on 11/23/21 at around 11:15am. An employee who possibly drinks & litters while in a solar company. Shameful, and no respect for environment.
