When I purchased my solar it was with the company vivit, I love them and always recommended them. Once sunrun took over they have the worst customer service then they started charging a late fee if you're one day late on your payment. I would never recommend this company again
I was just about to get a quote from this company tomorrow. I’m glad I came here to read all the reviews. I just canceled my appointment with them.
They are horrible. They can't even figure out there own billing. They just keep billing you for bills you already paid because their about taking your money, then blaming you. They have no clue how to fix a billing issue. They just tell you you're wrong and you owe them more money. Absolutely mind boggling. 2 years and my bill has been correct a total of 0 times
I had an horrible experience with a sales man, who disrespected me and my family for not excepting his solicitation
Terrible shut off solar to a rental that has a $0 balance. Then they stated i was in collections and called 2 collection companies that have no record of my name, address, phone number, or my social. Over 3 hours on hold and no regard for my time or any assistance.
