Just saw an employee in a Sun Run vehicle enter a neighborhood I was leaving through the out gate after I pulled through. If I had known he would do that I would’ve blocked him from entering. Incredibly unprofessional and worrisome. I would never hire SunRun to do solar for me now. Tried to call to report it and couldn’t get through to a human being. Are you comfortable with people entering your neighborhood that way???

Got Solar from Sunrun through Costco. Don't believe what they say about the Costco shopping card you will get. Told us IN WRITING that we'd get over $1450. Actually got $350. Big difference! Also, thrir Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired.

Sunrun completely delivered as promised. No surprises with billing, and very small annual true-up bill. I would absolutely recommend SunRun to anyone.

Don't be closed minded. I was contacted by a nice professional door to door sales guy named Mike. We set up a meeting and he explained the new $0 initial investment plan / fixed monthly fee, that was a great fit for us. Now I can turn on the AC when it's hot and not have to worry about getting a high energy bill. Customer support and the set up process went great, would recommend if you're looking to save money every month. We all have to pay for power, why pay more to SDGE?... It's a no brainer!
