I've been debating how to do this review, because of where we are currently with our project. Winter of '23 we reached out to 5 different companies about enclosing our small deck to make into a sunroom. We liked the sales person we worked with but the price was higher than we wanted, so we initially went with another firm. The company, who was going to stick build the room, ghosted us, after 1 meeting with the building inspector, who asked for a structural review of the deck (not to big of an ask).
