Hired Joe in April to do a patio with motorized screens. Paid my deposit…5 months later still no patio. After several excuses and no work I finally asked for a refund because I started to feel like I might be getting scammed. He refunded everything except the cost for the permit $1000 which I found out was not transferrable. Joe and crew removed a patio enclosure. His years of experience were evident in the efficient way they handled the job, even the hard, stubborn parts. I'm sure they're just as good at installing. Very nice people.
