We picked up some concrete sand yesterday and was told by Nate the loader that they were about out and he would have to scrape bottom to get it. We decided to take it. We later realized it had to much clay in it from being scraped from the bottom (just as we were told it might) We decided to see if we could return it for some clean sand today and Nate (loader) and Page (scale house) could not have been any nicer and great to work with. True professionals!
