When things go wrong with your vacation experience with Sunriver Vacation Properties, do not expect to get any help or support from the host Clark. We arrived on our tropical vacation expecting an uninterrupted stay to find out upon arrival that we were expected to let vent cleaners and pest control sprayers in the unit across multiple days. After reading those other reviews I was a bit skeptical but we rented from Clark anyway. We had a wonderful experience and the home was clean and there was nothing it didn't have. Clark was quick to respond to all our emails and texts and I even called on one occasion and during our conversation I asked about the other two reviews that were not very good. Extremely disappointed with the lack of integrity from the owners. Please google and read other reviews (easy to find, look for Clark Norske) and you'll find reviews exactly like ours. Predatory owners that I would never trust again. Be forewarned
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE OWNERS. They are very unprofessional and will try to get as much money from you as possible. Despite paying a hefty "cleaning fee," if anything is left they will get upset. Clark accused my friends and me of trashing the house and threatened legal action as a scare tactic to get us to pay for things we did not do. These are the type of owners that will prey on people. I repeat, DO NOT rent from them.
