I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Sunrisestar and their staff. Having had experience with multiple lettings agencies in the past, I have been shocked by the lack of support and professionalism shown by Sunrisestar. Clearly they have no regard for their tenants safety and when issues have been raised they are very reluctant to provide basic support including ignoring multiple emails and phone calls, and declining requests for meetings with them. Our experience with Sunrisestar has been extremely disappointing. From the outset, any attempts to raise legitimate concerns were either ignored or met with hostility. Despite providing clear evidence through multiple emails regarding serious issues on the premises, we were unjustly labelled as engaging in "harassment" — an unacceptable response to valid tenant concerns. Stayed here for 3 years, very fast to get maintenance to us when we needed anything sorting. We loved it here
