the manager of this place is totally awesome the people are great the community is family oriented
As I have lived here for 29years, 2months I have seen more then most residents. From the (free-for-all) Jack Scudder days, to the Brakemeier takeover. One thing has not changed, THIS IS MY HOME mess with it and you will meet my brothers Dan and Sig.
It's a place to live,I'm thankful. I believe it's a better place to live than the streets.
I think the owners dismiss legimate issues Kelly does her best but not Corp rude and condescending don't help with neighbor issues nor do they do anything to homes that have criminals staying there often for a long time without being on lease allow harassment and all nite activity with criminals they have parking rules but don't use them either
Convenient location, kwik trip within walking distance, security camera keeps watch, 10 mins to major retailers, mature trees, play ground, pet friendly, quiet place to live, nice people that take ownership seriously. I'm happy, are you?
