While I am happy with the care I get here from my doctor and her team, the office is absolutely horrible. You can call after the office opens and they will still have their phones turned off. I've routinely waited over an hour for an appointment with no update, explanation, or apology from the front desk staff. Additionally, every time I go to check in or out (and schedule the next appointment) they ask me for what. Impossible to get a hold of them. You call and wait over an hour and then it just hangs up on you. They also never answer through there messaging system so that’s not an option either. Would not recommend at all.
