Great brand with awesome windows. Improved the temperature and noise within my home. Highly recommend!
We had our house outfitted with new Sunrise windows and sliding patio door in 2018. Since then we've had multiple issues including the patio door not locking, two different windows leaking (one was inside of a sealed pane), and a another window with a pane that developed a stress crack. The service has been horrendously slow on all issues. Especially the most recent one with the stress crack. I strongly recommend anyone evaluating them move along to a competitor.
UPDATE: I'd like to thank Chris for working with MI Windows to not only get me the needed parts (instead of replacing the whole doorwall), but he even did a service call and installed the parts on the doorwall. I appreciate him working with MI Windows to get it figured out. Our house has had three doorwall replacements due to warranty issues. This last warranty replacement came in with no screw hole plugs for the outside and the glue for the magnetic slider for the inside blind arrived warped. They informed me that they woul... read more
We recently purchased Sunrise's Noise Reducing Picture Window through Toledo Door & Window, specifically for its advertised sound-reducing capabilities and REGRET IT! Sunrise’s marketing materials clearly state that this window “eliminates unwanted sounds,” including traffic noise, with no disclaimers or fine print.
