I ordered windows from my contractor. He deals with a company called Sunrise Windows. The transom window I ordered on 2 separate occasions had a defect. There was a huge line all the way across the window. I can see, maybe it happening 1 time, but twice? Now, I wait for a 3rd transom window. I have been waiting a month thus far. This all started back in February 2025. I also called the manufacturer to try and get some help. I got no where. Very frustrating!! Poor quality product and poor customer service. I had Sunrise windows installed in my home by the only company that still uses this brand here in Colorado. One window arrived broken and one later developed a crack through, I’m guessing a stress crack. The local company I used did not replace this window for me as they spitefully accused me of breaking it intentionally. I noticed following install of my new windows, and one sliding door also manufactured by this company, that I still felt drafts. If you're delivering here they really messed up receiving putting the hig trucks in the far back corner with little room to maneuver around the employee vehicles. Also watch the door rippers, they painted them black so you can't see them, just an added obstacle. Not the worst but man, I could be soooo much easier .
