I wish I could give negative stars to this repair shop. First and foremost I want to say, take your car for repair anywhere else. Search with google with VW specalists around the area and go there instead. My father's VW Tiguan had a check englne light. Found out the Oil Seperator (PCV) needed replacement. We connected it to the fact earlier my father complained about replacing the oil constantly. What VW failed to tell us was the fact that Tiguans are plauged with these issues. I have no idea for their car selling department because I purchased my vw id4 from different state, but their service department is the worst service department ever. I have done recall with them and they messed up my car. They left a screwdriver or screw inside the door handle. It makes noise and I have to go back again and my apps not connected to my vehicle is like a stuck and I asked them they said it’s from Volkswagen connectivity issue. First of all, I went for a 10 K carefree maintenance when they are supposed to change the filters to all the fluids, oil change, and tire Rotation when I got there, they told me it was my responsibility to pay for the tire rotation, and I ended up For it when they gave me the car back, they didn’t tap all the fluids.
