John the GM was great!
I guess they somehow took my last review down. But they still will not reply or answer emails or phone calls. I simply want to resolve an issue with a low jack that they supposedly installed and charged me for but did not install ( nor do I want). This has and continues to be a problematic and disappointing experience.
My sister (waitress & single mom who just had a newborn baby) bought a new car during Covid from here and it is a LEMON! They tried to fix it and still multiple issues and just today had to drop it off again and get a ride to pick up her child (no loaner). She is having to get a lawyer and sue them now.
I just bought my 2025 Jetta SEL! I had a wonderful experience with Olivia, my sales person. She established a great rapport with me from the start and was incredibly patient when I took my time, deciding between models. My review is based on what happened after purchasing a vehicle through Sunrise. I purchased an SUV in January from this dealership and at that time the Finance Manager told me that they couldn’t renew my tag because in a few months they were expiring already. This was fine. Closer to the date of me needing to renew my tags, I am unable to pay and order new stickers because the DMV said in January per their records, my tag was renewed for 2026.
