If I could give this place a zero star I would. I was looking forward to staying here but unfortunately I just had a great loss and all of my funds will now be used for funeral needs. But do they care ? No. All I keep getting is "policy policy policy" and I get you have a business to run but it's easy to fill our place and but it's impossible to replace my loss. There is NO empathy and no care whatsoever and if that is how they treat you before you even arrive , I can image the way you get treated during the rental process. ... read more
We stayed in Sunrise Villas, room #109 for Sandfest on 4/18-4/20/2024. We stayed 3 nights and our bill was like $700+. The room was nice, plenty large and the appliances were updated. The one bathroom shower was not updated and the grout was stained and needing a good scrubbing, or somethin. The updated microwave has an intermittent problem where it will go off and completely shut down like it's not getting any power. You can't get it to come on at all. You can leave and come back later that day and it will be working again ... read more
We stayed in Sunrise Villas, room #109 for Sandfest on 4/18-4/20/2024. We stayed 3 nights and our bill was like $700+. The room was nice, plenty large and the appliances were updated.
